The Process

HOW DO I BOOK?Fill out our inquiry form to check our availability for your event. We will respond within 24 hours.

WHEN DO YOU SET UP THE BOOTH?We typically arrive 1 hour to 1.5 hours before the event start time. This allows us time to arrive, set up, test, and troubleshoot.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?Expect to provide 10ft by 10ft space for our photo booth service. You want to leave guests room to move around safely. Our Backdrops are 8x8ft and require a roof of at least 8ft tall to fit.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PHOTOS & VIDEOS?A Zip File of all photo booth captures are sent via email for easy drag and drop downloading. During an event, guests can receive captures via text, airdrop or download them from the live event gallery.

WHAT IS A LIVE EVENT GALLERY?One of the incredible features of our Photobooth technology is the Live Gallery – a gallery that showcases all captures and updates in real-time throughout your event. The Live Gallery allows you, the client, and your guests- to view, download, and share their captures.

CAN THE BOOTH BE SET UP OUTSIDE?We require protection from the sun, heat, rain and wind. Direct heat can overheat our equipment and over expose your images. At night the bugs are instantly attracted to our LED screen & oval ring light. Rain is an absolute NO, we require complete overhead roof.

IS THERE A PAYMENT REQUIREMENT TO RESERVE THE BOOKING?Yes, we require 50% down and signed electronic contract via email.

WHAT AREAS OF LITTLE ROCK DO YOU SERVICE?All of Little Rock and surrounding areas within 25-miles. We do provide services outside of this 25-mile radius for an additional fee. Please let us know where you event is on the inquiry form and we can provide a tailored quote.

WHAT IS A PHOTO OVERLAY / PHOTO TEMPLATE?A photo overlay is a template that is custom designed to your party theme to create a customized frame or design around your photos. No matter the event, we can customize to fit your needs. Example: your name and date of event with a logo or image placed as a frame/filter. It’s basically like your own Snapchat filter for your event.

DOES THE BOOTH REQUIRE POWER?Yes, our booth requires 110-120 volts of power from a 3 prong, basic electrical outlet. Just one power adapter to plug in and we are ready to capture it all! We require our booth be 20-25 ft within distance of a power outlet so we can safely tape down wires & equipment.

WHAT IS A DISPLAY SCREEN OR TAP TO START SCREEN?It is the face of the photobooth and the first screen your guests see when they walk up to take a capture in the booth. We custom design each start screen to your theme/event.
